Alectris and Nautilus Solar Energy (Nautilus) announce the successful completion of the first phase implementation of ACTIS at Nautilus. ACTIS is the world’s first Solar Enterprise Resource Planning Platform delivering a comprehensive and integrated suite of digital operations for solar assets.
Nautilus seeked a solution to provide its team with a centralized platform for monitoring, alerting and dispatching, and real-time accurate reporting because of the challenges it faced. These included managing a dispersed portfolio of assets with multiple monitoring systems that used multiple software platforms creating the complexity and difficulty of operations management and PPA billing, resulting in time-consuming reporting. It was imperative for Nautilus to attain a software solution to address these inefficiencies to minimize its team members’ non-productive time and streamline operations and capable of supporting sustainable growth.
ACTIS was implemented in a five-step process, to incorporate consolidation of data from different monitoring systems, standardization of alerting, platform customization, integration with accounting software, customization and design of existing and reports for operations and finance; for which yielded significant improvement in operations up to 77% in Nautilus’ solar project management processes and procedures.
