ACTIS Feature of the Month: Incident Related Automatic Calculation of Energy Loss

ACTIS World's First Solar ERP April 2018 Update AlectrisACTIS users can now automatically calculate energy loss related to a solar project incident. For example, if as pictured here, an asset has inverters inactive due to a grid interconnection event, you as the asset manager can readily calculate how that incident is going to affect your energy generation.  Saving you time creates more business profitability.

This ACTIS enhancement relates to the addition of the “Calculate” functionality added at the ribbon of the Incident Impact form.

Once the user clicks on the “Calculate” button, ACTIS automatically calculates the total downtime and lost energy for a specific incident. The calculation uses data from the monitoring system and the ACTIS database.  It takes into consideration parameters including actual performance ratio (PR) to deliver the most precise approximation possible, thus greatly enhancing speed and accuracy of reporting for asset managers.
