Alectris Promotes Ken Kostok to U.S./Latin American Lead

The Global Solar Asset Management Service Provider Strengthens Key Market Presence with Solar Veteran Responsible for 1,500 MW’s of Energy Generation

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – 10 December 2014: Alectris, a global service provider for the integrated care of solar photovoltaic (PV) energy assets, today announced the promotion of Ken Kostok to Country Manager for the U.S./Latin America territories.

Ken Kostok has managed the company’s U.S. solar operations and maintenance (O&M) program to date, including 24 megawatts (MW) on the Georgia Power grid. Prior to Alectris, Kostok was the Vice President of Field Operations for Amonix. There he guided the development of the 30 MW concentrated photovoltaics (CPV) utility scale Alamosa Solar plant on 225 acres in Colorado, and 5 MW of CPV in Hatch, New Mexico, two the largest CPV solar sites in the world.

Kostok’s start in the solar industry began in 2008 with Tessera Solar where he was responsible for the design of 1,500 MWs in California and the construction of the largest dish-Stirling solar powered generation facility. His renewable energy expertise includes 198 MW’s of wind development with S&C Electric Company.

Leveraging over twenty years of experience with U.S. utilities, Kostok has managed the development and asset management of solar and wind clean energy generation in the U.S. and Canada.

Kostok holds an MBA from Barry University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven.
